Violence? Hate? No, I Am Not Interested One Bit!
Violence and hate: brutal behavior and intense aversion coming from extreme anger. That is the definition of two barbarousness acts and feelings happening in our world. And I don’t want any part of it.
I reject all lack of kindness in my life. Because that is no way to live.
My life is too precious to waste it having resentment, hate, being violent or unkind. That is why is imperative to me to be surrounded by people who embrace the same values I do.
I want: peace, loyalty, honesty, respect, compassion, kindness, sincerity. I want to give it all, I want to get it all. It goes both ways, remember that.
The more we watch violent TV shows, play bloody games where killing is the goal. The more we participate in digital conversations spreading hate and attacking others -that many times we don’t even know physically-, the more damage we cause to our brain and our general well being.
I choose happiness, I choose love. I say no to violence, I say no to hate.
What is Your Purpose to Live?

Don’t hold yourself back. Embrace your light. Seek your life’s mission. Live your purpose and your life will be full of meaning and joy.
Your purpose, your life’s mission, your calling, whatever words you give it, as long as you’re alive, you have one, and as long as you have one, you might as well pull it out, put it on, and let it shine.

What is YOUR Purpose? What gives your life meaning? If you’re not sure yet, then good for you! You get to discover it! (Exciting, isn’t it?) Ask yourself the following questions:
1) What gives my life the most meaning?
2) What is my passion? What gets me out of bed each day?
3) What do I feel most “at home” doing?
4) What are my strengths/weaknesses? What do these tell me about my purpose?
5) If I have a sense of my purpose, am I actively seeking to engage in it? If not, what is holding me back or standing in my way?

“Finding your purpose” is more than just a cliche or a dream that will never be fulfilled. It’s actually a tool for a better, happier, healthier life that too few people attempt to use.
I know firsthand that nothing else matters if you aren’t following your soul’s purpose. Once you’ve found it, you can align all areas of your life to point in that direction. It is possible to do what you love and live in flow — you just need the right motivation and mindset, and to take the right action.

4 Exotic Drinks with Flowers to Make You happy!
Exotic Virgin (non-alcoholic) Drinks and the Benefits of Flowers in your Mood:
Nature is wonderful. It amazes me all the time with its beauty and power of living.
Being around nature and using the benefits of its products in practically everything I do, brings joy to my life.
I use flowers in my drinks, my teas, my coffee, my refreshment drinks, even in my meals. When I go out bicycling, I prefer to do my bike ride where there are lots of flowers and greenery.
Try to use more flowers of all colors in your meals and drinks, many of them are edible, and others are so divine that will beautify the environment of your house when you place them well arranged in a flower base. Soon, you will notice how your mood will improve and will become more cheerful and hopeful.

The original Singapore Sling was made with ingredients like gin, Cointreau, Grenadine, and pineapple juice over 100 years ago at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore.
I make it but I don’t add gin.

Wonderful Idea to Make a Healthy Taco with Lettuce Fast and Easy!
This exotic dish is not native of Mexico, it was brought from either Japan or South China.
Hibiscus flowers also known as Jamaica arrived in Mexico in the colonial times and are now deeply integrated into the Mexican cuisine.
In these light tacos, the tart and bright flowers are mixed with roasted potatoes (regular or the sweet kind), your choice of shredded chicken or beef (you can add pieces of shrimp instead if you like) and sauteed vegetables before being wrapped in a lettuce leaf «tortilla.»

New Blogger Day in WordPress: Contemplation Adorable Chickens and More!
NEW BLOGGER IN WORDPRESS:
I find this post by Michele Pruitt so cute, I couldn’t resist to show you her pictures and what she is all about in her new blog: Contemplation
But before I share with you one of the brand new posts, I want to welcome her to this wonderful world of blogging in WordPress.
CHICKENS IN THE YARD
I love having chickens in the backyard. Besides being interesting, noisy, and colorful, they provide my family with delicious eggs. It is also amazing to watch a hen sit on her eggs and hatch baby chicks!
Chickens do have personalities that are unique, some let you carry them around while others like to sit on your shoulder. They even get along with cats!
Overall, I like all kinds of birds, but i do love having and caring for chickens.

Breaking Record again in My WordPress Blog Posts 149 Likes in One Day!
Let’s see, I have been writing blog posts since 2005. But it was in 2008 when I discovered WordPress and since then this platform has been my digital home. Of course, the domain has changed through out the years, but it is until recently that I found the perfect domain name for me. I like the way it is and I am planning to keep it the same.
Who writes a blog and doesn’t pay attention to the «likes» one receives? The more your blog is read the better is for you, unless you are writing a private blog for another purpose.
So, I am proud to announce that yesterday WordPress notified me that I broke my old record of 148 per day. I got 149, which makes me want to write more often, be consistent with my blog, promote it, interact with all of you, be grateful with all my followers for their loyalty through out the years. Thank you!

Tennis Player Serena Williams Loses to Bianca Andreescu 2019 US Open Exciting Game…but Both not in Good Shape
It was very interesting and exciting to watch the finals of the Slam Final, between Serena Williams (US American) and Bianca Andreescu (Canadian). Of course, the majority of the fans wanted Williams to beat Andreescu, but it was obvious that was not going to happen. Unfortunately, Serena was in bad shape.
At some point I noticed that she was losing confidence in herself, and she continued to play really bad in the first set and the beginning of the second one.
Her servings were fair, but she couldn’t run fast enough to answer Bianca’s volées nor shots. Serena recover mildly in the second set but lost it at the end.
Something I don’t understand is why lately I see tennis players who don’t look in shape or well fit. I am sure that both, Serena Williams and Bianca Andreescu BMI (Body Mass Index) are in the unhealthy range.
I remember the tennis players in the 70’s and 80’s, they were well fit and could run fast to answer the opponent’s ball. Examples: Martina Navratilova, Steffi Graf, Chris Evert Lloyd and others.
Anyways, congratulations to Bianca for her first Gran Slam win 2019 US Open.
