Creating wonderful art with nature is a masterpiece for the eyes to admire. It looks so good, would you eat it?
A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY:
Filippo Tommaso Marinetti was the first artist in the modern era to think of the preparation and consumption of food as art.
The avant-garde Futurist movement, formed by Marinetti and other artists in Milan in 1909, embraced the industrial age and all things mechanical—from automobiles and planes to manufacturing methods and city planning. They thought cooking and dining, so central to everyone’s day-to-day lives, should also be central to their farsighted, far-out ideas.

It is admirable when people decide to change their lives by living a healthy lifestyle. This woman and this man made it. And yes, these were extreme cases, but an inspiration nonetheless.
If you have 10 or 40 lbs to lose or more, you can do it, by eating healthy, practicing moderate exercise, and developing a positive-strong mind.

I don’t understand how is it that cyclists, joggers, and runners are exercising in the middle of so much filth. It cannot be healthy to be breathing that air, seeing that kind of trash, rats, and feces of the homeless people.
I would definitely NOT ride my bike in any place like that ever. We shouldn’t get used to practicing our favorite exercise in the middle of that kind of environment.
When we practice a sport, we have to take care of our physiological, anatomical, and mental functions. We need to take care of our well-being. And we shouldn’t get used to seeing people living in squalor, becoming desensitized.
Forgiving, is it really possible?
Forgiveness means different things to different people. Generally, however, it involves a decision to let go of resentment and thoughts of revenge. Forgiving is good for our mental health.
The act that hurt or offended you might always be with you, but forgiveness can lessen its grip on you and help free you from the control of the person who harmed you. Forgiveness can even lead to feelings of understanding, empathy, and compassion for the one who hurt you.
Forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting or excusing the harm done to you or making up with the person who caused the harm. Forgiveness brings a kind of peace that helps you go on with life.
Anything Goes On Sunday: Watching Chucky Movie 1988
I’m an avid movie, series, documentaries watcher. I want to watch, again, the Chucky scary doll movies, Child’s Play, The Cult, The Curse, and the rest of them, in order of release by date.
The doll’s face is absolutely funny, and scary when it gets mad, oh so horrific. I would like to be able to make the same dreadful look when somebody makes me mad, huh?
