I chose today to talk about «mental sanity» because lately, I have seen patients with many distress symptoms. They come to me complaining of headaches, left arm pain, extreme fatigue, hyperventilation, etc. After talking to them, exploring them, and auscultating them, their blood pressure is way high, and their EKG shows signs of severe anxiety.
So, be careful and control your stress and emotions because they could affect your heart. Remember: it is better to prevent than sorry,
Here is ONE IDEA AT A TIME: Get yourself a nice-calm hobby. Like gardening, carpentry, reading, painting, walking around your neighborhood, listening to music, or learning how to play an instrument (this one is so much fun). If you prefer an exciting hobby like speed cycling, consult your doctor before starting any exhausting exercising.
Dedicate yourself to this hobby with all your heart making sure that you really like what you chose to do. This kind of approach to lower your anxiety levels truly works.
Suicide can be preventable from infancy. Having caring parents and relatives who really love their children and look out for them, creating an optimal and loving environment for their healthy and happy growth.
But, even when we have had been raised in loving homes by caring parents, in a healthy social and mental environment bad things happen to good people as we all know: a failed marriage, the death of a loved one, the loss of work or income, a traumatic accident; things that could trigger an acute depression and if not treated immediately it could develop into a severe case of suicidal depression.
When a friend, a child, a patient, anybody tells us that «I don’t want to live anymore», or that «I am going to kill myself tonight or tomorrow», we have the responsibility as human beings to believe him/her and help in any way possible and as soon as possible.
However, this almost seems like a difficult dream in the world we live in. But it is not impossible, we have to have hope, always, and have love, for ourselves, our children, our family, and friends.
No matter what the situation is in the world, YOU have the absolute right to be content, in peace with yourself and others.
MOTIVATION:
“Chase your dreams and your nightmares will grow tired of chasing you.” ― Matshona Dhliwayo
“Well, I definitely advise anyone who wants to write, write. Don’t let anyone tell you that you shouldn’t. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t. Because a lot of people can be very discouraging to people who say they want to be a professional writer. If you want to do it, then chase it. Chase your dreams. Follow your heart. If that’s what you want, go after it. Write it out. You never know, you could be the next big thing.” ― Helena Lancaster
Motivate yourself, everyday, every moment of your life, to continue to live with strength, goals, hope and compassion.
Get up every morning with that sparkle in your brain that makes your heart, your muscles and bones get up, then you smile big knowing that you are doing the right thing FOR YOU!
Run after your dreams, chase them until they are conquered by you! Do not let anybody take them away!
Today we face many changes, different ways of doing our daily chores, and huge differences in the way we purchase our necessities in life.
It was interesting to see the changes in just our phone habits in the course of a few short years: home phones to flip phones to iphones. Now our phones seem a part of us in ways never thought 20 years ago.
We wait in line to buy food, wear masks, don’t hug or shake hands and cannot see smiles.
Our best choice is to be flexible in this situation in order to survive.
Flexible, independent thinking will help navigate these uncertain times. Listening, learning, and making decisions that are best for ourselves is the way to make it.
«Between human beings, even if intimately united, there is always an abyss that only love can overcome, and also only with an emergency bridge.» — (Hermann Hesse)
«I’m a strong individualist by personal habit, heritage, and conviction; but it’s a matter of common sense to recognize that the state, the community and the citizens acting together can do a number of things better than they would if they acted individually.» — (Theodore Roosevelt)
<br>Wer ist der wahre eigentümer/schöpfer des herzens ? Gott gibt nur das Herz, du füllst es. Achtung. Was füllst du? Denn dann musst du es leeren. beschmutze nicht dein herz. Allah weiß auch, was in den Tiefen der Herzen ist. Alles was schön ist… Seele, Herz, Liebe, Glaube… Wer Kämpft, kann Verlieren. Wer nicht Kämpft, hat schon Verloren. Lebe jeden Tag deines Lebens, als wäre es dein letzter. Also wirst du eines Tages Recht haben"
