«Contemplation of nature, of excellence, of humanity and justice, that is what makes my spirit fly, my mind wonder and admire with love sometimes and despise other times, the world we live in. But at the end, I find tremendous pleasure in contemplation.«— Dr. M. Castro
«The ultimate value of life depends upon awareness and the power of contemplation rather than upon mere survival.» —Aristotle
«What we plant in the soil of contemplation, we shall reap in the harvest of action.» Meister Eckhart
CONTEMPLATION OF JUSTICE
«By constant contemplation of excellence, we clear our selfhood of all dross and impurities.» Orison Swett Marden
Looking at beautiful pictures is an incentive to our brain neurons to produce dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and endorphins to makes us feel good, better, happy, up-beat. Also reading few encouraging lines, and peaceful notes of love, is good enough to activate these hormones and neurotransmitters to make us go stronger and more hopeful through out our day. So here are some for today!
When you love, you don’t abandon …ever!

«Laughter is the best medicine» quote has a lot of truth in it! Laughter certainly brings joy to our lives, improves cardiac health, lowers stress hormones, triggers the release of endorphins, and lots more, making us happier and thus healthier!
Have you ever noticed that feeling of well-being after a good laugh? I have. I try to feel that way everyday.
What’s laughter?
Sometimes when I’m riding my bike alone I make myself laugh remembering funny situations I might have experienced in the past. I laugh out loud, another cyclist might pass me by and notices I am having a good time. He laughs too and smiles. This happens pretty often, and I like it when people around me are happy too. It’s just right!
I don’t eat peanut butter. I find it repulsive and will go out of my way to not eat things with peanut butter.
People have often told me that I’m missing out. That food is so much better with peanut butter. “You’ve never had a Reese’s Cup? Or a PB&J? How can you be happy without having had peanut butter?”
The answer is, I’m plenty happy because it’s not important to me. It’s not something I require. I had my taste and quickly realized that I wasn’t missing out at all.
When someone asks “Can you be happy without believing in God?” what they’re really saying is “I don’t think I could be happy without believing in God.”
They’re projecting their feelings about religion onto others. They’re assuming their experiences are the only experiences.
We all do it to some extent, but it’s important to recognize that just because someone requires god to be happy, that doesn’t mean that others do. I’m actually happier not believing in a god? What if I asked the militant religious: how you could be happy while believing in God?
People might think that’s funny. That it seems obvious how believing in God makes them happier.
It’s the same for me. Of course I’m happy without believing in a god—and why couldn’t you be?
God is a PB&J and I don’t need either of them to be happy. Well, actually PB&J is real. I just don’t like it.
