Julian California is a beautiful town I like to go to with your family and close friends, especially in this time of the year, for a weekend, when it’s snowing, freezing cold. Time spend here is memorable, that’s for sure. This year, this cute little mountainous town got packed with snow, perfect for us to visit.

Owning a ranch is a magnificent way for those wishing to relax, have fun enjoying multiple activities and if you desire luxury, a well planned-built ranch will offer a world-class vacation property for active adventures!

I adore to cast for trout or catfish (depending on location) on sparkling waters, bicycling a hill, hike a canyon to nearby waterfalls, mountain bike the back-country, then luxuriate myself in a tented spa. I love to immersed myself in the wilds, with nature all around.

Luxury camping in a white canvas safari tent is another of my favorite activities to enjoy with my family, no matter the month or season of the year.

This is a truly marvelous waterfall. It is located on the Zambia and Zimbabwe border. The water of Zambezi river falls down in a straight line, therefore water spray raises very high and can be spotted from many kilometers away.

This exotic dish is not native of Mexico, it was brought from either Japan or South China.

Hibiscus flowers also known as Jamaica arrived in Mexico in the colonial times and are now deeply integrated into the Mexican cuisine.

In these light tacos, the tart and bright flowers are mixed with roasted potatoes (regular or the sweet kind), your choice of shredded chicken or beef (you can add pieces of shrimp instead if you like) and sauteed vegetables before being wrapped in a lettuce leaf «tortilla.»

JAPAN FOOT LONG FRIES

Though the foot-long fry trend has yet to blow up in the U.S, I am guessing it’s only a matter of time. That means, you should start assessing exactly how you feel about the creation.

Where do you supposed extra long French fries will fall among the many different classifications of fries for you?

You’re probably wondering where on earth I find finds such massive potatoes to make these crispy creations, other than in Japan or Australia.

The answer is nowhere, they don’t exist. Instead, potatoes are mashed into a sort of batter-like consistency.

Then, the potato mixture is gathered into balls, and they’re placed, one by one, into a special machine that presses out long sticks of potato directly into a deep fryer. It kind of looks like pasta in the making.

Once you get your basket of fresh #longfries, you can top them with one of two Japanese dipping sauces (let’s be honest, eating a dry French fry is pretty much pointless): a creamy shiitake mushroom sauce or a more traditional Japanese mayonnaise… though no one’s judging if you want to stick with regular ketchup or vinegar 😂🍿}

My family and I love forests. Wherever we travel around the world we have to visit the enchanted forests the country we are visiting has. There is some special magic in the woods that penetrates our minds and soul. I think that forests are the soul of the earth and as such we cherish them.

Germans are passionate about their forests. They really are. And I love this country, its culture, its people, its forests of course. I could spend my whole life in the woods of Germany, exploring and rapping my body and soul with the smell of the trees and the magic of its soil. Now. the clouds over the mountains, just a magnificent wonder of this earth.

With that in mind, I’m travelling to the Spessart forest in southern Germany. The 2,500 square kilometers (1,553 square miles) of tree-covered mountains that straddle the states of Bavaria and Hesse. It is home to many species of Specht, or woodpecker, from which it is thought to derive its name. Badgers, wild boar, deer, racoons and martens are among the other wildlife that live between and beneath the trees.

Actress Jennifer Lawrence Movie Week How Many Stars do you give?

Jennifer Lawrence famous movie career practically started in 2010, but it´s not until 2016 when I noticed her with the movie Passengers. A science fiction flick that I find fascinating: the acting and the plot. I would love to be in that vessel to travel to another planet and reach my destination, thank you very much, not to be awaken from hibernation by a selfish passenger just for company!

Anyways, the movie is very good, so I think. I like the way the writers ended it, it gives hope to souls who, like me, wish to evolve and live in another planet to start fresh, another world somewhere far from earth.

I give this movie 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, and you?

However, this guy completely disagrees with me. I find his review of this movie boring, vulgar and distorted.

Colors of the sunset vary from orange, orangy-black, blue, pink, redish, violet, gray, all in different shades depending on many natural elements and scientific factors that come together to create a beauty of nature: the sunset!

Sunsets and sunrises have always captivated my eyes. The combination of colors can give me a sense of life so profound I repeat to myself each time: life is worth living then I give thanks to the universe for the opportunity to be able to appreciate the beauty of nature everyday.
