«HATE IS IGNORANCE WITH FEAR« — Dr. Martha A. Castro N., MD
According to data compiled in August last year, more than 14,000 cases were registered on charges of disseminating hatred speech and hatred material. Though these details are extensive, questions have surfaced about the ‘media-coated’ hatred speech which is being practiced by a particular group of unscrupulous individuals.
This is such a clever quote by Charlie Chaplin. But what else can we expect from a genius mind like his?
On feeling physically threatened by hatred speech
Not only threatened. You can feel emotionally disturbed. You can feel psychic trauma, which can have physiological manifestations.
You can feel silenced. These are all real harms that may be suffered by people who are subject to hatred speech that is not punishable.
You own your life. Don’t let others to bring you down!
We can’t control what other people do, say or think. We can’t make someone else act with honesty, loyalty, integrity. All we can control is our behavior and act with good morals and respect.
When someone else does something dishonest, disrespectful or unkind we can only control our reaction to it.
Sometimes walking away is the best thing to do to avoid aggressive behavior.
The way we conduct ourselves in rough times is the way we show the kind of person that we are.
We usually have lots of «opportunities» in a day to be unkind to others and to ourselves. Why not allow ourselves to be kind to others and let others to be kind to us. We all deserve love, respect, kindness, we all do. In fact, we need kindness now, not tomorrow, now.
We might not change the world with a smile or helping someone to pick up something that fell off their hands, or feeding somebody who is hungry. But we change that person’s world, and ours.
Being kind makes this world better, even if nobody sees it, especially when it’s not posted on social media, when it’s kept private and done from the heart and true-self.

This is my wish: that we all humans were all as lovingly gracious and compassionate to animals, the disabled, the forgotten, sick, and seniors! Wouldn’t the world then be a better place for us all?
Love is really important to keep our sanity. And sanity starts with each one of us, at home, then let it expand to our communities, our cities, countries, the world. Utopia? Maybe, but hope should never die, never.
NOTE: Face masks hide our lips smile, but not our smiling eyes nor our kind attitude – DrMacn
Today, while walking along the city, I passed by a woman who started talking to her little child, maybe 6-7 years old? The mom said to her child: «Girl, little girl, listen to me please» My instant reaction was to joke around since the girl wasn’t responding nor paying attention to her mom.
So I said to the lady: Yes, I am listening, are you talking to me? She laughed so hard and the two friends with her too. They made me laugh too and told her kidding again: «Oh, too bad, I forgot my age for a moment». I realized then that it is important to be make others happy, even if only for a little moment.
When I left in my car, I looked on the review mirror and they were still smiling. That made my day! We can make this world a little better one person at a time.

Allah weiß auch, was in den Tiefen der Herzen ist. Alles was schön ist… Seele, Herz, Liebe, Glaube… Wer Kämpft, kann Verlieren. Wer nicht Kämpft, hat schon Verloren.
