Message For All Of Humanity Charlie Chaplin

In these difficult times that humanity is going through, we all need to be inspired and motivated. We need to hear messages of hope and wisdom.

I’m sorry, but I don’t want to be an emperor
That’s not my business
I don’t want to rule or conquer anyone
I should like to help everyone if possible
Jew, Gentile, Black Man, White
We all want to help one another, human beings are like that
We want to live by each other’s happiness, not by each other’s misery
We don’t want to hate and despise one another.

And this world has room for everyone, and the good Earth is rich and can provide for everyone
The way of life can be free and beautiful, but we have lost the way
Greed has poisoned men’s souls, has barricaded the world with hate, has goose-stepped us into misery and bloodshed
We have developed speed, but we have shut ourselves in
Machinery that gives us abundance has left us in want

Our knowledge has made us cynical
Our cleverness, hard and unkind
We think too much, and feel too little
More than machinery, we need humanity

More that cleverness, we need kindness and gentleness
Without these qualities life will be violent, and all will be lost

The aeroplane and the radio have brought us closer together
The very nature of these inventions cries out for the goodness in men – cries out for universal brotherhood – for the unity of us all
Even now my voice is reaching millions throughout the world – millions of despairing men, women, and little children – victims of a system that makes men torture and imprison innocent people
To those who can hear me, I say – do not despair

The misery that is now upon us is but the passing of greed – the bitterness of men who fear the way of human progress
The hate of men will pass, and dictators die, and the power they took from the people will return to the people
And so long as men die, liberty will never perish

Soldiers!
Don’t give yourselves to brutes – men who despise you – enslave you – who regiment your lives – tell you what to do – what to think and what to feel!
Who drill you – diet you – treat you like cattle, use you as cannon fodder
Don’t give yourselves to these unnatural men – machine men with machine minds and machine hearts!

You are not machines!
You are not cattle!
You are men!
You have the love of humanity in your hearts!
You don’t hate!

Only the unloved hate – the unloved and the unnatural!

Soldiers!
Don’t fight for slavery!
Fight for liberty!
In the 17th Chapter of St Luke it is written: «the Kingdom of God is within man» – not one man nor a group of men, but in all men!

In you!
You, the people have the power – the power to create machines
The power to create happiness!
You, the people, have the power to make this life free and beautiful, to make this life a wonderful adventure
Then – in the name of democracy – let us use that power – let us all unite
Let us fight for a new world – a decent world that will give men a chance to work – that will give youth a future and old age a security

By the promise of these things, brutes have risen to power
But they lie!
They do not fulfill that promise
They never will!
Dictators free themselves but they enslave the people!

Now let us fight to fulfill that promise!
Let us fight to free the world – to do away with national barriers – to do away with greed, with hate and intolerance

Let us fight for a world of reason, a world where science and progress will lead to all men’s happiness
Soldiers!
In the name of democracy, let us all unite

Are We Alone In This World Of Ours?

Well, I think it all depends how you look at it. People surround us, unless you live in the woods, people are all over the city and communities, right? But still, we can be all alone. Because loneliness can be physical or spiritual (mental loneliness for the ones who do not believe in a spirit inside of us).

When we are born, we are born alone, and then we die alone. It’s in the time in between, when we grow up, develop into adulthood and elder age that we tend to feel or be alone.

inspiration motivation dra martha castro noriega tijuana

For the lucky ones, the ones who are really loved by their parents, relatives and friends, they get to part from this world surrounded by them and blessed by them. But many get to die…alone, physically, I mean.

Because many others, even though they have nobody with them in their final time on this earth, they die with a smile on their face showing a glory of peace. As a medical doctor I have seen these faces, when none of their relatives showed up at the end.

Only me, as her doctor and two nurses around her, but she was so peaceful and content when she passed. Her last words were full with blessings to me and my nurses. Bless her soul. She was full with love inside of her. She did not die alone. And not because we, the three of us, were with her, it was because of the way she lived her life and respected herself, the way she loved herself.

This tells me that, even when people are surrounding you, you can be all alone. and if you live alone physically, but you have taken care of your mind and soul through out your life, you are NOT alone! But, you can have both, definitely! I have seen that too. And it’s wonderful when you can see that a human being has love all around him/herself.

Which Of These Photos Do You Think Is Fake Or Photoshopped?

I find this photo intriguing. My reason tells me that it’s fake, but it looks so real. What do you think?

«TREN DE LA NARIZ DEL DIABLO» IN ECUADOR

The stars look so bright and the light coming up from the crater too perfect. I think it’s photoshopped. Not fake, just enhanced, IMO.

My inquiring mind wants to know: how did they get down there without the proper equipment to climb down and back up?Second mistake: those rocks are probably extremely slippery, and the woman and men in the photo have their hands on their pockets! hahaha, no way ….mmmm, I’d say it is totally photoshopped. The funny thing is that thousands of people all over Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest think that it is true. What do you think friends? I might be wrong.

LOL, physics tells me that this is not possible, unless the rice is glued, hahaha. What do you think?

Photoshop weird fake real dra martha castro noriega https://drmarthacastrodoctor.com/

Don’t believe every photo you see, it could very well be photoshopped! But let’s not forget that having fun trumps bad photoshopping. So, if you like photoshopping, go ahead, it’s fun after all, especially when it’s well done. Hey, as long as it doesn’t hurt or cause harm to anybody, I don’t see any problem with it. I like it, just for fun or inspiration. Some of them -photoshopped pictures- can be really amazing and even motivating and relaxing.

Breathtaking Photos of My Flowers in Spring-Summer and 1 Poem of Mine

NATURE FEELINGS

Flowers are blooming in my yard, some in their petals display the colors of my heart, some others show off the colors that dance in my mind, making my thoughts rapidly untwined. And the longed for serenity comes, invading my being with sweet kindness, to the peace of the earth I succumb. Oh nature, with my flowers nothing is lifeless!

2 More Passions Beautiful Flowers and Bicycles Travel Holland in April!

There are so many things I love in this wonderful life of mine. Two of those things are bicycles and nature. The best thing of all is that I can combine this two pleasures in one.

If you are lucky enough to live in Holland or close by, around mid-April is when the tulips field show their majesty in all its splendor.

My daughter in Holland this April 2019

One Day at a Time Original TV Series 1975 Phenomenal!

one day dra martha castro noriega tijuana california los angeles mexico

I’ve been having a good time watching «One Day at a Time». It has a great story about a mom -Ann Romano- who moved out on her own with her two teenage daughters: the rebellious Julie and the wisecracking Barbara. Ann Romano, fantastically played by Bonnie Franklin.

one day dra martha castro noriega tijuana california los angeles mexico

I love the premise of the show: a divorcee mom with two daughters not being afraid of making it in the world alone, feeling free, hopeful, happy and strong.
I don’t know if you, reader, have watched this tv show, if you haven’t and you like to have a good time with your family, I recommend you see it.

Another thing I adore about this series is the theme song:

One Day at a Time premiered on December 16, 1975 and ended in 1984; 9 seasons. It was best known as a staple of the CBS Sunday-night lineup, along with Archie Bunker’s Place, Alice and The Jeffersons.

one day dra martha castro noriega tijuana california los angeles mexico

Ann frequently struggles with maintaining her role as mother while affording her daughters the freedom she never had as a young woman. David Kane, Ann’s divorce lawyer and neighbor, takes a romantic interest in her, but she isn’t ready to remarry. Dwayne Schneider, the building’s quirky superintendent (most often referred to only by his last name), provides usually-unwanted advice to the tenants.

I Love Grey’s Anatomy Show but I Notice Various Funny Medical Mistakes – Part 1

grey's anatomy dra martha andrea castro noriega tijuana

While Grey’s Anatomy is still one of the best medical dramas in history, there have been many instances of medical and surgical errors and mistakes that cannot be overlooked, at least not by me nor any medical health provider.

Other mistakes, however, are so blatant that it is impossible to look away.

And while I am totally in love with the characters and their lives, I can’t help but notice there are some serious but hilarious medical errors in the show.

Nothing that regular folks would notice, but for diehard medical doctor fans like me, these plot holes and continuity mistakes can be, well…funny and annoying at the same time 😉 After all, what fan doesn’t take pride in noticing things that nobody else does?

GREY’S ANATOMY MEDICAL MISTAKES

A. When doing surgery it is extremely important NOT TO WEAR any jewelry of any kind. And you can see the female surgeons in this TV show operating with their earrings on!!!! 😬😨 This is a constant error throughout the seasons. I wonder why the medical advisors of the GA failed on this issue.

B. In order to ensure the most sanitary environment possible prior to beginning surgery,  surgeons have to «scrub in» before they enter the operating room.

Surgical scrubbing is the removal of the germs and bacteria as possible from the bare hands and arms. After scrubbing, doctors should keep both hands above waist and below neckline.

Surgeons should keep them in view at all times. Scrubbed hands and arms are considered contaminated once they fall below waist level. On the other hand, surgical gowning and gloving provide a barrier between the patient and healthcare provider.

After that, only sterile clothing and sterile body areas of the patient can be touched.

In some episodes some doctors cross their arms after scrubbing. This is a direct medical NO-NO-NO, as the hands would now be contaminated.

I also notice that Dr. Bailey makes sterilization mistakes: in several episodes she ties her own sterile gown right before starting surgery. She touches others surgeons gowns with her sterile gloves.

C. Now, this storyline alone is pretty hard to believe, but let’s say anything is possible in TV land: Derek tells Meredith to do an MRI on a female patient with a fork in her neck. Ferromagnetic metals aren’t allowed inside the MRI, due to its magnetism. A fork is a stainless-steel item, and iron is its main component. Iron is ferromagnetic.

So, an MRI is magnetic, very expensive test and non-necessary. A regular x-ray would have sufficed.

D. This is hilarious and totally unnecessary: some doctors enter the scrubbing room from the gray area with the hands up! hahahaha, no need to do this, since the hands aren’t sterile yet because they haven’t been scrubbed. Oh jeez, when I watched this I had a good laugh!

E. Another terrible medical mistake in Grey’s Anatomy; the nails of the patients. Patients who are going to be operated on have to have their nails free of nail polish. If the patient’s oxygen levels do drop, the fingernails would turn blue; signaling it to the surgeon, anesthesiologist and surgical nurses that there is a serious problem. But this would be hidden by the nail polish.

Beauty and Magic in the Making Chanel Perfume No 5

Making the essence of a perfume involves scientific knowledge and artistic qualities.

To come up with a wonderful combination that can transport our mind to a sublime paradise by using the sense of smell, requires an intellect of a genius.

Flowers are essential. In addition to flowers, also fruits, spices, resins, leaves, gums, balsams, and even grasses are used to make a perfume.

High-end luxury brands, such as Chanel, for instance, own their own flower fields to make sure they have enough product, with high quality for their perfumes.
