Yes, we are born, aren’t we? Grow up a few months and then, 365 days later: BAM! Parents and grandparents decide to celebrate your first birthday on this earth, «a special day» they call it, a day none of us remember!
Needless to say: years go by, suddenly you are 7 and you want some presents for your birthday: mainly toys. When you are 16 things change, now you want to spend it with your friends, have a teenage party. Two or three years go by, now you are 18 or 19 and you want to celebrate your birthday with your sweetheart.
If everything goes fine in your life and you are «lucky» enough to grow older, the twenties, thirties, forties….fifties anyone?! Then what? How do you really want to celebrate your birthday?
59 years ago I was born. This year I am going to celebrate non-galore since next year will be my 60th one 😮 Honestly, I don’t feel my physical age. I feel a lot younger in many ways: many goals to achieve, patients to attend, lives to save, plans to follow, deals to conquer. Happiness and cheerfulness run in my blood.
So, I welcome many years to come for me from now on, and many years to keep on blogging!I am going to tell you a secret: I really love blogging.
Life goes on, with or without a lockdown, staying at home or traveling. Life goes on and we have to make the best out of it. So, even when I am getting a little tiny bit older (lol), my body, my mind celebrates greatly another year of life in this wonderful earth ofours.
A PICTURE OF MINE JUST BEFORE THE LOCKDOWN!
I am going to be so proud of me when I am 100+ years old! Not far to get there, 58 tomorrow, April 18. But I am accepting virtual gifts, celebrations and best wishes starting today!
Even though my work is essential and I can go outside taking all precautions, -social distancing etc-, people are dying around the world, non-essential businesses closed. All this changes ones reality, but it still important to celebrate things in life.
So please, feel free to congratulate me today and tomorrow 😅 Thank you, my virtual friends. I love you all!

This speciality is served in all the big festival tents. There is actually not much room for experimenting, because the guests want the roast pork exactly like it’s done in Bavaria: with potato dumplings, sauerkraut and, of course, a lot of gravy.
Roast Pork for Connoiseurs and Epicures
The only exception that one can recommend with a clear conscience is exchanging the potato dumplings for bread dumplings. Many locals go on an excursion to the festival field on the Wiesn Sundays to eat roast pork with their families.
Gefüllter Spießbraten (Stuffed Pork Roast)
The Bavarian traditions can be enjoyed in special style at lunch time, accompanied by regional brass music in the beer tents. Whether the meat is served with crackling or without is left to the cook’s preferences.
FOOD ART is the process in which beautiful models such as animals, Birds, Statues, Faces and other themes, are created using food. The food is either arranged or carved into the desired shapes, and then displayed as an art form. It has been practiced for many years. Some think it even dates back to early Chinese dynasties. Food art is very popular in England and it is spreading to other countries.
<br>Wer ist der wahre eigentümer/schöpfer des herzens ? Gott gibt nur das Herz, du füllst es. Achtung. Was füllst du? Denn dann musst du es leeren. beschmutze nicht dein herz. Allah weiß auch, was in den Tiefen der Herzen ist. Alles was schön ist… Seele, Herz, Liebe, Glaube… Wer Kämpft, kann Verlieren. Wer nicht Kämpft, hat schon Verloren. Lebe jeden Tag deines Lebens, als wäre es dein letzter. Also wirst du eines Tages Recht haben"
