Lately, several people have communicated to me that they feel extremely anxious about the times the world is going through now. The Covid-19 global pandemic has affected the lives and livelihood of millions around the world.
All this chaos that exists affects the mind and mental health of individuals. Anxiety, stress, depression, post-traumatic stress and other mental disturbances appear and unfortunately are not well attended and recognized on time. So, it is when you know that things are not working well that you have to work on your mental health and your emotions so you can not only survive but thrive in tough times:
Accept that some situations are beyond your control.
Motivate and inspire yourself everyday
Allow yourself time to grieve and feel all the feelings.
Hard times do require us to become better. It’s an inevitable result. 2018 was a tough year and now 2020 is proving to be worse. However, I’ve learned that thinking I’m all alone is a big mistake…..get through hard times is vital and with each trial we learn more about ourselves and learn coping techniques that make us even stronger. This has allowed me to be able to encourage and help others during this pandemic.
Achtung. Was füllst du? Alles was schön ist… Seele, Herz, Liebe, Glaube…
